Join CTJ's Team on this 3 mile family friendly walk. Yoga Class at CTJ

Tuesdays and Thursdays, 11:00am - 12:00pm

Zvia Hempling, a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher and long time CTJ member, will be teaching Vinyasa Flow Yoga- a style of yoga  characterized by flowing poses and sequences that are linked to the breath which improve strength, flexibility and muscle tone.   Drop-in basis or full class series- $10 per class or a package of 5 classes is $40.  Packages must be used within 3 months.  Students need to bring their own yoga mats. It is recommended to bring a towel, water bottle, and any needed props.  To register, please contact office@ctjmb.org and for questions, please contact Zvia at yoga@ctjmb.org. Beginners welcome.
